Joining our team, you will be a key contributor in bringing a game changer technology into the world, to speed up & reduce costs for digitalization & cloud migration projects in the financial banking & insurance industries.
This gives you the opportunity to be one of the first and shape how we change the game. It also requires exceptional ownership from you in coordinating multiple teams to land the deals.
How you will bring impact from your role
Your main stakeholders:
- You will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and the sales team on new market growth initiatives. You will also collaborate with our CEO & Chief Strategy Officer whenever needed, in opening new markets.
- You will also interact with C-level representatives from clients & partners in the enterprise environment.
Your focus:
- Understand the market context & the particularities of each of the use cases our clients deal with
- Drive business analysis for clients & partners and integrate data and input from Business Analysts, Sales Operation Specialists, partners, and own researched details
- Initiate & lead communication with C-level and top executives from our partners & clients
- Lead negotiations with clients & partners and build efficiency in collaborating with legal, operations, and other relevant team members to ensure the closing of the deal
- Bring relevant feedback from the market, clients & partners into the team to actively contribute in optimizing our approach
Experience & skill set you need to succeed:
- 7+ years experience in a similar role, working with high-level stakeholders from enterprise environment
- Experienced selling high-volume Software contracts
- Sell-with and sell-through partners
- Good network in the big 4, IBM, Accenture and HCL
- Knows how to orchestrate a virtual deal team with stakeholders from client, partners & alliances (core software, cloud provider)
- International exposure
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional presentation and business writing skills in English.
- Availability to travel when required (client meetings, events, etc)
- Self-starter and problem-solving attitude with minimal supervision
